![]() Credit is nice, but not strictly required. If you side with the vampires, you cannot craft any type of crossbow or bolts, you can only acquire them through raiding Dwemer ruins and killing sphere centurions, or killing/pickpocketing. You can include or edit these meshes however you want. The default crossbow and steel bolts are available whichever side you choose, but can only be crafted if you side with the Dawnguard. You can let that mod overwrite my meshes or my mod overwrite theirs, it won't lead to issues. this implementation is basically the same as in the mod Arrows and Bolt Tweaks. In vanilla they only penetrate with just the tip, and that's never quite satisfying. The bolts should now move more naturally during the running animation and have a better position in most armors and at all body weights (keep in mind that this will never be perfect because of how body weight and armor sizes work in the vanilla game).Īs a little bonus I also adjusted the Projectile meshes to go deeper into bodies. But I also tweaked the bolt positions, since I was never happy with the originals. So I just did the same for all the newly added bolt quiver meshes. This is because Belt-fastened Quivers moves the quiver node of the skeleton and compensates for that movement by adjusting the positions of the meshes of vanilla bolt quivers (steel and dwarven). ![]() This mod includes some new crossbow bolts, which have weird positions when using the Belt-fastened Quivers mod. Faction Crossbows is a modpack that introduces a craftable unique crossbow, unique quiver, and four types of bolts for several different factions. ![]() General tuning for damages, critical damages and a couple of values for both bolt and crossbow. Fixed the nif location in the esp for elven bolts. ![]() For the Enhanced Crossbows, certain components have been recolored to match the additional metal used in enhancing them. Fixed damages and adopted the lore damage progression for dwarven->elven->orcish. The Anniversary Update gave everyone the Rare and Curious Creation Club mod for free. PC 360 PS3 The bolt quiver does not fit several armor or clothing pieces not found in the Dawnguard DLC and actually has a visible space between it and the equipped apparel - this is due to the bolts being fixed as a quiver slot, and as the character leans forward, the bolts do the same. Additionally, the Dwarven bolt quivers have a dwarven badge on them to more readily differentiate the quiver itself from the steel quiver. ![]()
